NFT Marketplace Offer

We noticed that auctions were underutilized—sellers set minimum bids too high, and buyers weren’t willing to meet those prices. This caused decrease in transaction due to NFTs remained unsold.

To address this, we introduced Offers, allowing buyers to propose a price and sellers to adjust pricing based on demand. This feature helped:

Sellers understand the market value of their NFTs.
Buyers engage more actively, increasing overall marketplace liquidity.
Long-term holders reconsider selling if an attractive offer came through.

I designed the end-to-end Offer flow, ensuring it integrated smoothly into the existing marketplace experience.

Enjin Wallet

2021 - 2023

I led the redesign of Enjin Wallet, our crypto wallet, to improve:

Onboarding: Simplifying setup for new users.
Navigation: Enhancing multi-wallet and address management.
NFT visibility: Making owned NFTs easier to find and interact with.

The redesign was similar to building a wallet from the ground up, as we restructured the information architecture and refined the user flow. I collaborated closely with developers and the marketing team to launch Wallet 2.0.

Enjin Wallet 2.0

As users used wallet 2.0 we discovered that while the wallet was aesthetically pleasing, there were still too many steps required for common actions, causing unnecessary friction. To streamline the experience, I designed followings:

Token organization: Improved grouping and sorting of assets, making it easier to find specific tokens.
Quick actions: Direct access to frequently used features, reducing the number of taps needed for transactions.
A revamped NFT collection view: Enhancing how users browse and interact with their NFTs.

Additionally, My team and I implemented dark mode for a better viewing experience, requiring a new variable system to support theme switching across the app.

Starting from simple scribbled sitemap, I designed the NFT marketplace where NFT holders all over the world can Mint, Create, and Trade using blockchain technology. Since launch, there has been 1.2B+ NFTs minted.
